In conjunction with Global Peace Festival 2008, I introduce you the theme song for GPF 08 - "Where Peace Begins". Danell and Jaclyn are the ambassadors and had the opportunity to sing this song. Honestly the first time I heard it, I felt it was so so. But after a couple of times listening to it, I'm loving it more and more! The lyrics are very meaningful, and it's a mix of English and Malay, symbolizing how different races and religions live together. Just watched the MV just now, and I cried. Fun + Stupid

I spotted a new, nice place to hang out! Well, I spotted it quite long ago already but it was not until recently I explored it - Desa Park City Kepong!

Last Tuesday few of us had nothing to do so we decided to have dinner and hang out awhile. As we were too full after steamboat which we need to walk around to digest, in addition someone was craving for ice cream, and so we head to Desa Park City. Unfortunately the ice cream shop was closed already. So we walked around, tried to see if Meg was working but sadly she wasn't.

Then we headed to the playground. I love love love the playground. It's damn artistic and cool! It has this cool swing, and duo-spin thingy, everything is so artistic I don't know how to play =_="

Some ppl even meditate on it, or 'candlelight date' on it for hours ish =_="

Then we saw a hill which we think can see the view of the whole city and so we tried to explore our way up. Wahoo. There was a lake nearby called the 'Waterfront', if only I saw it earlier. Shall explore it next time in the evening. The way up was kinda scary cuz no cars. It was a bungalow area with lots of nice properties up the hill. If only i'm rich... if... if... if...

Did I tell you all I dreamt of something really stupid the other day? I can remember it so clearly until now. Hmpf, must tell out, if not it will come true. I don't want it to come true. :p

Maybe because we see too much news about a very famous artiste in Malaysia getting married recently and thus led me to dream about this.

I dreamt that my beloved idol getting married. Well, not the dang dang dang dang day but the wedding dinner day. Me and xxx went early to the dinner venue to check out the place. (I serious doubt we were invited) Guess where was the dinner held? Cheras Badminton Stadium. Stop laughing.

We were looking at the whole floor filled with tables and chairs, dressed with pink and red cloths, the whole place was decorated with balloons and ribbons. Very nicely done. Suddenly *he* came in from those 'exit/keluar' backdoors behind us with his friends. Me and xxx were shocked because he was dressed in t shirt and slacks, it was blue. See I still can remember. =_=" it was his wedding day! Well, maybe it's still early that's why, but still! Ok I think I exagerate too much. And could you just stop laughing? He was like so friggin happy, saying hi to us and then he said something that I will not forget for the rest of my life (my real life I mean). Lalala i'm not telling. Must let me SS a bit for myself la. Cuz the thing he said will never happen one.

That's all. Then I woke up.

It's been months since I update my 'song of the week' dot dot dot.
So saddening, cuz there's totally no nice song these days that I'm fancy in.
But today, I'm gonna introduce you to a song of an idol of mine.
His name is Tate Chan Kwok Fai. Those who listens to chinese songs would have heard his previous hits such as 'Believe In Love', 'Love Is Beautiful', 'Yat Bak Sui' and a composition by Pong Nan (蓝奕邦) 'Sui Dou Xiong Gam Dou Bei Ngoi'.
He just released an EP 'From Tate' with 3 songs inside, bringing messages like recycling, repaying parents' kindness etc, and I would say all three songs are good. He composed the melody for all the songs. I love all three, but my fave is this song, a song dedicated to fathers - 记得我爱你, and he played the clarinet in this song :D Very touching song, I remember I cried listening to it on my way home one day. Get-together

It's been quite some time since I write about daily happenings. Hmm, seems like I don't fancy letting people know what I do everyday anymore. Or, maybe I don't have anything to write about cuz I do nothing. Ho ho ho.

My raya 'holiday' was very eventful. Met a lot of people throughout the two weekends. I feel so happy when meeting everyone. I feel so relaxed. You see, friends are extremely important k.

27th Sept - Daniel's Karaoke DVD launch. It's been very very long since I see most of them. And it's been very, very long since I see a sea of pink :P Nice to see everyone. Though didn't talk much but it was great to see everyone. Pokok came down from the north too! Too bad we didn't manage to take a pic together.


29th Sept - Met up with the 7Cs for karaoke and steamboat. A rare chance that 7 of us can meet up all together!

30th Sept - Met up with GIBs for dinner.

1st Oct - Selamat Hari Raya. Met up with my relatives at aunt's house for raya lunch. No, my aunt is not a malay. Her maid always cook rendang and nasi kunyit every raya for us :)

2nd Oct - Went Picnic with secondary schoolmates at Lake Garden. Yeah, sounds 'kolot' I know, but it was fun. It's a way of meeting up and spend time together :)



3rd Oct - Met up with 7Cs again. Went to Pavilion for lunch. Bumped into Terence. So smart looking, being S**** Sushi's Trainer leh, so geng. In addition, celebrated Kuan2's birthday with the D clan :p



4th Oct - Met up with the D clan again.

This week, just gonna chill at home and think about the things I need to do. Sigh. A neverending circle. Financially unstable. Something happened which I need to get a job even quickier. Plus my mobile can do magic tricks now. The screen can turn into a ferris wheel. How amazing. I want new phone! I want an SLR! I want money! Sigh!

Had a chat with my lecturer the other day when I went back to college. I don't know if it's a mistake or what, but I get even more frustrated after talking to them, even though they tried to help. Argh! Options, choices, paths, decisions! I seriously hate it to the max.

I think 'i love u' is simple and sweet enough.

(Why must is be blog buddies when if it's a desert island, u freaking won't be able to blog? wth. And who on earth would follow me there? Deng.)

4. Where is the place that you want to go the most and with whom ?

Tough decision.. hmm.. currently my fave is Switzerland/Taiwan, with my parents (so that they'll pay for me mwahaha!)

To own a cafe built at the seaside (ok i think the seaside one may not come true)

Can... if i have a job already then u take all my money away I still can survive, mwahaha!

Save 3 quarter of it first, give it to my parents, do some travelling and spending for me and my family! ;)

Used to... foolishly... but not anymore.. even though everyone says that when you love someone, tell them.

She's very helpful and independent. When you're down, she will offer as much as she could to cheer u up. :)

Wow, such an intelligent question that I don't know how to answer.

Rude, liars, abusive, unfaithful, disrespectful...

Haha, don't laugh at me. In primary we have some record book to write 3 ambitions, mine was typist, teacher and cashier. (Stop laughing!) Now? Well, I guess I get to do what I like. In the food line. Though I still very much fond of typing and cashiering.

14. What is the thing that will make you think he/she is bad?

How he/she speaks, and his/her attitude. But it's quite hard to see, cuz some ppl are good in acting.

15. What do you think is the most important thing in your life?

Heart. With a heart, you have a life. And with a good heart, you achieve more :)

16. Are you a shopaholic or not?

Nope. I always 'mm seh dak' to buy.
